During the shakedown I've noticed that the LRP that powers my Blitzer felt a little hot so I've checked if the pinion is the 13t recomended for faster motors.
The installed pinion is a Carson one made out of steel as a straight copy of the Tamiya made out of aluminum: it's roughly machined and, as the rust on its surface witness, without any treatment.
