043 - New Tires Needed, Deep Cleaning & More

The rear tires of my Stadium Blitzer are completely gone so, last week, I've ordered a new set of tires and wheels from Modellbau Seidel in Germany. I'm a car park (lonely) basher and, considered that the stock tires aren't a good choice for tarmac, I decided to switch to Tamiya tarmac tires made for GP Stadium Racing Truck TR-15T and included in the new DT-02 Street Rover kit. I decided to match them with a set of Stadium Blitzer wheels.
Waiting for the postman I decided to deep clean the car, to rebuild the shocks and to re-organize cables and wires (I'm obsessed about it). I also decided to switch from the small Kr-407s receiver to a bigger Kr-210s because this chassis has room and to save the smaller one for car with less room.

042 - Stickers From Uk!

Today I've received the two sheets of stickers I ordered from Decal Designs in Uk. I hope that this Tamiya and Ko black & white stickers will help me to gain a better finish for my bodies.

041 - New Electronic Setup For The Blitzer, Quick Pics

To upgrade the electronic setup of my Stadium Blitzer, in alternative to my beloved Robitronics esc, I chosen the MTroniks Tio Storm X No Limits. After the unboxing the impression is that this esc is very "british"and for "british" I mean the uncommon, alternative and pragmatic approach to many things that british people have. I like, also, the three leds Christmas tree, I've only swapped the stock connectors wit Deans and 3,5mm bullets.

To couple the esc I've chosen one of the three little pigs I've bought last month: the LRP Buggy Special 4, hope it pushes hard.
