086 - Banzaiii!

Banzai Hobby from Japan sent me a packet containing the KO receiver ordered some weeks ago to fill my EX5‘s memory.
Banzai offers a great service and an uncommon customer care, hats off!

085 - Refurbishing Brushed Motors (Or A Tentative To...)

I'm literally obsessed by japanese made brushed motors so, some weeks ago, I purchased some Team Corally (very) used motors to attempt a deep refurbishing and to convert them to my use. 
Of course, without any possibilities to test them after the restore, I'm forced to do it from spares and not rewinding the armatures by myself (but I'm tempted).
I'm in touch with Team Corally to understand how much will cost original spares, I'm surfing the Web looking for some alternatives, I've started to clean all the cleanable and I've printed some stupid stickers to celebrate :-)

084 - Kyosho Mega 16x2 Motor

This evening I'm very happy because I've rebuilt the first high grade motor I've bought.

In reality it's a present, the first and only RC gift I've ever received by my parents: It was the 1990 december 24th.
Some parts were missing, brushes are not original, the sticker is faded and it was very dirt but an hour or two, using my dremel and using a practical tool that came with some used Team Corally motors I've received today I did the job.

083 - Slow Growth!

Forced by my poor abilities to a rough build (only with glue and without any painting) I'm laboriously finishing my Porsche.
